Glowmax được phân loại 9+ trên App Store và Google Play. Bạn cam kết cung cấp thông tin đăng ký chính xác và chịu trách nhiệm về mọi hoạt động dưới tài khoản của mình.

Subscription & thanh toán

Tải app miễn phí. Tính năng scan yêu cầu Premium hoặc lượt quét:

• Premium tháng - 29.000đ/tháng, kèm 2 lượt quét, tự động gia hạn.
• Premium năm - 249.000đ/năm, kèm 30 lượt quét, tự động gia hạn.
• Top-up - 15.000đ / 1 lượt hoặc 29.000đ / 4 lượt, không tự gia hạn.

Thanh toán xử lý hoàn toàn bởi Apple App Store hoặc Google Play. Glowmax không nhận thông tin thẻ tín dụng của bạn. Subscription tự động gia hạn trừ khi bạn huỷ trước ít nhất 24 giờ.

Lượt quét (scan credit)

Mỗi lần scan tiêu tốn 1 lượt. Lượt quét không hết hạn và không bị mất khi huỷ subscription.

Lượt quét bị trừ ngay khi ảnh được gửi lên, bất kể kết quả. Nếu ảnh bị từ chối (chất lượng thấp, không phải khuôn mặt), lượt quét vẫn bị trừ vì chi phí xử lý đã phát sinh. Ngoại lệ: lỗi do hạ tầng của chúng tôi sẽ được hoàn tự động.

Tuyên bố miễn trừ - phân tích AI

Phân tích của Glowmax dựa trên AI. Chi tiết về nhà cung cấp AI trong Chính sách bảo mật. Kết quả mang tính tham khảo, giải trí và phát triển cá nhân.

Glowmax KHÔNG:

• Cung cấp tư vấn y tế, da liễu, thẩm mỹ chuyên nghiệp.
• Đảm bảo độ chính xác tuyệt đối - AI có thể sai.
• Là tiêu chuẩn duy nhất để đánh giá ngoại hình.
• Khuyến khích hành vi cực đoan (rối loạn ăn uống, phẫu thuật quá mức).

Nếu bạn có vấn đề về sức khoẻ tinh thần liên quan đến ngoại hình, hãy tham khảo chuyên gia tâm lý.

Sử dụng bị cấm

Bạn không được:

• Upload ảnh không phải khuôn mặt người thật (cartoon, AI-generated, người khác không có sự đồng ý).
• Upload nội dung khiêu dâm, bạo lực, vi phạm pháp luật.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, hoặc tự động hoá API.
• Lạm dụng hệ thống credit (chargeback gian lận, trade account).
• Tạo nhiều tài khoản để né giới hạn.
• Sử dụng app để quấy rối, bắt nạt, hoặc làm hại người khác.

Vi phạm có thể dẫn đến khoá tài khoản vĩnh viễn mà không hoàn tiền.

Hoàn tiền

Glowmax không xử lý hoàn tiền trực tiếp. Yêu cầu hoàn tiền gửi qua:

• iOS: reportaproblem.apple.com
• Android: Google Play → Account → Order history → Report a problem.

Apple/Google quyết định cuối cùng. Chúng tôi sẽ phối hợp nếu có vấn đề kỹ thuật.

Sở hữu trí tuệ

Mọi quyền sở hữu trí tuệ đối với app, thương hiệu, và UI/UX thuộc về Glowmax. Ảnh bạn upload: bạn giữ toàn quyền sở hữu, cấp cho Glowmax quyền sử dụng giới hạn để xử lý, lưu trữ, và hiển thị trong app. Chi tiết tại Chính sách bảo mật. Kết quả phân tích là output AI dành riêng cho bạn - bạn được phép chia sẻ cá nhân.

Giới hạn trách nhiệm

App được cung cấp "as-is", không bảo đảm tuyệt đối về uptime hoặc độ chính xác. Trách nhiệm tối đa của Glowmax không vượt quá tổng số tiền bạn đã trả trong 12 tháng gần nhất. Glowmax không chịu trách nhiệm cho thiệt hại gián tiếp, ngẫu nhiên, hoặc do hậu quả phát sinh từ việc sử dụng app.

Chấm dứt

Bạn có thể xoá tài khoản bất cứ lúc nào trong Profile. Toàn bộ dữ liệu sẽ bị xoá vĩnh viễn. Chúng tôi có quyền khoá tài khoản nếu bạn vi phạm điều khoản - lượt quét chưa dùng sẽ không được hoàn tiền.

Luật áp dụng

Điều khoản này được điều chỉnh theo luật pháp Việt Nam. Tranh chấp sẽ giải quyết qua thương lượng thiện chí, nếu không đạt thoả thuận trong 60 ngày sẽ giải quyết tại Toà án có thẩm quyền tại Việt Nam.

Eligibility

Rated 9+ on App Store and Google Play. You agree to provide accurate registration info and are responsible for all activity under your account.

Subscriptions & payments

The app is free to download. Scan features require Premium or scan credits:

• Premium Monthly: 29,000đ/month - includes 2 scan credits, auto-renews.
• Premium Yearly: 249,000đ/year - includes 30 scan credits, auto-renews.
• Top-up: 15,000đ / 1 credit or 29,000đ / 4 credits, non-recurring.

Payments are processed entirely by Apple App Store or Google Play. Glowmax never receives your card details. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before renewal.

Scan credits

Each scan consumes 1 credit. Credits never expire and are not lost when you cancel your subscription.

Credits are deducted the moment the photo is sent, regardless of outcome. If the photo is rejected (low quality, not a face), the credit is still consumed because processing costs have been incurred. Exception: infrastructure failures on our side are automatically refunded.

AI disclaimer

Glowmax analysis is powered by AI. Provider details are in the Privacy Policy. Results are for reference, entertainment, and personal development only.

Glowmax does NOT:

• Provide medical, dermatological, or cosmetic advice.
• Guarantee absolute accuracy - AI can be wrong.
• Serve as the sole criterion for evaluating appearance.
• Encourage extreme behaviors (eating disorders, excessive surgery).

If you have appearance-related mental health concerns, please consult a qualified professional.

Prohibited use

You may not:

• Upload non-real-human-face photos (cartoons, AI-generated, others without consent).
• Upload sexual, violent, or illegal content.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or automate the API.
• Abuse the credit system (fraudulent chargebacks, account trading).
• Create multiple accounts to bypass limits.
• Use the app to harass, bully, or harm others.

Violations may result in permanent account termination without refund.

Refunds

Glowmax does not process refunds directly. Refund requests must go through:

• iOS: reportaproblem.apple.com
• Android: Google Play → Account → Order history → Report a problem.

Apple/Google make final decisions. We will assist with technical issues.

Intellectual property

All IP rights to the app, brand, and UI/UX belong to Glowmax. Photos you upload: you retain full ownership, granting Glowmax a limited license to process, store, and display in the app. Details in Privacy Policy. Analysis results are AI-generated outputs specific to you - you may share them personally.

Limitation of liability

The app is provided "as-is", without guarantees of uptime or accuracy. Glowmax's total liability shall not exceed the total amount you paid in the preceding 12 months. Glowmax is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from app use.

Termination

You may delete your account anytime in Profile. All data will be permanently deleted. We reserve the right to terminate accounts for violations - unused credits will not be refunded.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Disputes will first be resolved through good-faith negotiation; if unresolved within 60 days, by competent courts in Vietnam.
