1. Đủ điều kiện sử dụng

Glowmax được phân loại 9+ trên App Store và Everyone trên Google Play. Tuy nhiên, để mua subscription hoặc top-up, bạn phải đủ 13 tuổi (theo COPPA) hoặc được sự đồng ý của phụ huynh/người giám hộ.

Bạn cam kết cung cấp thông tin đăng ký chính xác (qua Apple Sign In hoặc Google Sign In) và chịu trách nhiệm về mọi hoạt động dưới tài khoản của mình.

2. Subscription & thanh toán

Tải app miễn phí. Tính năng phân tích (scan) yêu cầu gói Premium hoặc lượt quét (scan credit):

• Premium tháng — 29.000đ / tháng, kèm 2 lượt quét/tháng, tự động gia hạn.
• Premium năm — 1.499.000đ / năm, kèm 50 lượt quét/năm, tự động gia hạn.
• Top-up (one-time) — 9.000đ / 1 lượt hoặc 29.000đ / 4 lượt, không tự gia hạn.

Thanh toán xử lý hoàn toàn bởi Apple App Store hoặc Google Play. Glowmax không trực tiếp nhận thông tin thẻ tín dụng của bạn.

Subscription tự động gia hạn ở mức giá hiện tại trừ khi bạn huỷ trước thời điểm gia hạn ít nhất 24 giờ. Quản lý/huỷ trong Cài đặt Apple ID hoặc Google Play.

3. Lượt quét (scan credit)

Mỗi lần scan tiêu tốn 1 lượt quét. Lượt quét không hết hạn và không bị mất khi huỷ subscription — bạn vẫn dùng được số credit đã có.

Quan trọng: lượt quét bị trừ ngay khi ảnh được gửi lên server, bất kể kết quả. Nếu ảnh bị từ chối (chất lượng thấp, không phải khuôn mặt, vi phạm content policy của dịch vụ AI), lượt quét vẫn bị trừ vì chi phí xử lý đã phát sinh.

Ngoại lệ: nếu lỗi xảy ra do hạ tầng của chúng tôi (server down, dịch vụ AI fail), lượt quét sẽ được hoàn tự động.

4. Tuyên bố miễn trừ — phân tích AI

Phân tích của Glowmax dựa trên AI vision với 48 chỉ số trên 9 danh mục thẩm mỹ. Chi tiết về nhà cung cấp AI được liệt kê trong Chính sách bảo mật. Kết quả mang tính tham khảo, giải trí và phát triển cá nhân.

Glowmax KHÔNG:

• Cung cấp tư vấn y tế, da liễu, thẩm mỹ chuyên nghiệp.
• Đảm bảo độ chính xác tuyệt đối — AI có thể sai.
• Là tiêu chuẩn duy nhất để đánh giá ngoại hình.
• Khuyến khích hành vi cực đoan (rối loạn ăn uống, phẫu thuật quá mức, tự ti vô lý).

Nếu bạn có vấn đề về sức khoẻ tinh thần liên quan đến ngoại hình, hãy tham khảo chuyên gia tâm lý. Glowmax không chịu trách nhiệm với các quyết định y tế/thẩm mỹ dựa trên kết quả phân tích.

5. Sử dụng bị cấm

Bạn không được:

• Upload ảnh không phải khuôn mặt người thật (cartoon, AI-generated, người khác mà không có sự đồng ý).
• Upload ảnh nội dung khiêu dâm, bạo lực, vi phạm pháp luật.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, hoặc tự động hoá việc gọi API của Glowmax.
• Cố tình lạm dụng hệ thống credit (chargeback gian lận, trade account).
• Tạo nhiều tài khoản để né rate limit hoặc free trial.
• Sử dụng app để quấy rối, bắt nạt, hoặc làm hại người khác.

Vi phạm có thể dẫn đến khoá tài khoản vĩnh viễn mà không hoàn tiền.

6. Hoàn tiền

Glowmax không xử lý hoàn tiền trực tiếp. Mọi yêu cầu hoàn tiền cho subscription hoặc top-up phải gửi qua kênh chính thức:

• iOS: reportaproblem.apple.com
• Android: Google Play → Account → Order history → Report a problem.

Apple/Google quyết định cuối cùng theo chính sách của họ. Glowmax sẽ phối hợp nếu có vấn đề kỹ thuật ngoài tầm kiểm soát của bạn.

7. Sở hữu trí tuệ & nội dung của bạn

Mọi quyền sở hữu trí tuệ đối với app, thương hiệu, source code, prompt AI, và UI/UX thuộc về Glowmax và nhà phát triển.

Ảnh bạn upload: bạn giữ toàn quyền sở hữu. Bạn cấp cho Glowmax quyền sử dụng giới hạn để xử lý, lưu trữ trên S3, và hiển thị trong tab Lịch sử và Bảng xếp hạng (nếu bạn bật public). Xem chi tiết tại Chính sách bảo mật.

Kết quả phân tích (score, tier, gợi ý) là output do AI tạo ra dành riêng cho bạn — bạn được phép chia sẻ cá nhân (share card, screenshot).

8. Giới hạn trách nhiệm

App được cung cấp “as-is”, không có bảo đảm tuyệt đối về uptime, độ chính xác, hoặc phù hợp cho mục đích cụ thể.

Trong phạm vi pháp luật cho phép, trách nhiệm tối đa của Glowmax đối với bất kỳ khiếu nại nào không vượt quá tổng số tiền bạn đã trả cho Glowmax trong 12 tháng gần nhất.

Glowmax không chịu trách nhiệm cho thiệt hại gián tiếp, ngẫu nhiên, hoặc do hậu quả (lost profits, lost data, mental distress) phát sinh từ việc sử dụng app.

9. Chấm dứt

Bạn có thể chấm dứt tài khoản bất cứ lúc nào: Profile → Xoá tài khoản. Toàn bộ dữ liệu (profile, scores, scan history, avatar) sẽ bị xoá vĩnh viễn trong 30 ngày.

Chúng tôi có quyền tạm khoá hoặc chấm dứt tài khoản của bạn nếu bạn vi phạm điều khoản này. Lượt quét chưa dùng sẽ KHÔNG được hoàn tiền trong trường hợp vi phạm.

10. Thay đổi điều khoản

Chúng tôi có thể cập nhật điều khoản này theo thời gian. Phiên bản mới sẽ hiển thị ngày hiệu lực mới ở đầu trang. Thay đổi quan trọng (giá, refund, quyền/trách nhiệm) sẽ được thông báo trong app trước ít nhất 30 ngày.

Tiếp tục sử dụng Glowmax sau khi điều khoản mới có hiệu lực = bạn đồng ý với điều khoản mới. Nếu không đồng ý, bạn có thể huỷ subscription và xoá tài khoản.

11. Luật áp dụng

Điều khoản này được điều chỉnh theo luật pháp nước Cộng hoà Xã hội Chủ nghĩa Việt Nam.

Mọi tranh chấp sẽ được giải quyết trước hết qua thương lượng thiện chí. Nếu không đạt được thoả thuận trong 60 ngày, tranh chấp sẽ được giải quyết tại Toà án có thẩm quyền tại Việt Nam.

Terms of Service — Effective: May 17, 2026 • v1.0

1. Eligibility

Glowmax is rated 9+ on the App Store and Everyone on Google Play. However, to purchase a subscription or top-up you must be at least 13 years old (per COPPA) or have parental/guardian consent. You agree to provide accurate registration info (via Apple or Google Sign In) and are responsible for all activity under your account.

2. Subscriptions & Payments

The app is free to download. Scan features require Premium or scan credits:

• Premium Monthly: 29,000đ/month — includes 2 scan credits/month, auto-renews.
• Premium Yearly: 1,499,000đ/year — includes 50 scan credits/year, auto-renews.
• Top-up (one-time): 9,000đ / 1 credit or 29,000đ / 4 credits — non-recurring.

Payments are processed entirely by Apple App Store or Google Play. Glowmax never receives your card details. Subscriptions auto-renew at the current price unless cancelled at least 24 hours before renewal. Manage or cancel in Apple ID Settings or Google Play.

3. Scan Credits

Each scan consumes 1 credit. Credits never expire and are not lost when you cancel your subscription.

Important: credits are deducted the moment the photo is sent to the server, regardless of outcome. If the photo is rejected (low quality, not a face, AI content policy violation), the credit is still consumed because processing costs have been incurred. Exception: if the failure is on our infrastructure side (server down, AI service failure), credits are automatically refunded.

4. Disclaimer — AI Analysis

Glowmax analysis is powered by AI vision across 48 metrics over 9 aesthetic categories. AI provider details are listed in the Privacy Policy. Results are for reference, entertainment, and personal development only.

Glowmax does NOT:

• Provide medical, dermatological, or cosmetic advice.
• Guarantee absolute accuracy — AI can be wrong.
• Serve as the sole criterion for evaluating appearance.
• Encourage extreme behaviors (eating disorders, excessive surgery, irrational self-criticism).

If you have appearance-related mental health concerns, please consult a qualified professional. Glowmax is not liable for medical or cosmetic decisions made based on analysis results.

5. Prohibited Use

You may not:

• Upload non-real-human-face photos (cartoons, AI-generated, other people without consent).
• Upload sexual, violent, or illegal content.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or automate calls to the Glowmax API.
• Abuse the credit system (fraudulent chargebacks, account trading).
• Create multiple accounts to bypass rate limits or trials.
• Use the app to harass, bully, or harm others.

Violations may result in permanent account termination without refund.

6. Refunds

Glowmax does not process refunds directly. All refund requests for subscriptions or top-ups must go through official channels:

• iOS: reportaproblem.apple.com
• Android: Google Play → Account → Order history → Report a problem.

Apple/Google make final decisions per their policies. We will assist with technical issues outside your control.

7. Intellectual Property & Your Content

All IP rights to the app, brand, source code, AI prompts, and UI/UX belong to Glowmax and its developer.

Photos you upload: you retain full ownership. You grant Glowmax a limited license to process, store on S3, and display in your History tab and Leaderboard (if you opt in to public). Details in Privacy Policy.

Analysis results (scores, tiers, recommendations) are AI-generated outputs specific to you — you may share them personally (share cards, screenshots).

8. Limitation of Liability

The app is provided “as-is”, without absolute guarantees of uptime, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Glowmax’s total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount you paid Glowmax in the 12 months preceding the claim. Glowmax is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (lost profits, lost data, mental distress) arising from app use.

9. Termination

You may terminate your account anytime: Profile → Delete account. All data (profile, scores, scan history, avatar) will be permanently deleted within 30 days.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations. Unused credits will NOT be refunded in cases of violation.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms over time. New versions will display an updated effective date at the top. Material changes (pricing, refunds, rights/responsibilities) will be announced in-app at least 30 days in advance. Continued use after new terms take effect = acceptance. If you disagree, you may cancel your subscription and delete your account.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. Disputes will first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 60 days, disputes will be settled by competent courts in Vietnam.
